01

Government Representation

Negotiating and consulting on behalf of member schools with the District Inspector of Schools, the Basic Shiksha Adhikari and the District Administration — so individual institutions are never navigating regulatory matters alone.

02

Advisory Support

Providing assistance to member schools facing disputes with government agencies or other parties, drawing on the collective experience and standing of the association.

03

Professional Development

Organising seminars, workshops and conferences for teachers and principals — helping member institutions understand and adopt the latest research and best practice in teaching, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP).

04

Knowledge Exchange

Arranging visits to leading schools to study methodology first-hand, and creating open forums where member institutions share what works — and what doesn't.

In practice

These objectives, in action.

The ISSA Educational Conclave 2025 put all four objectives to work in a single day — a CBSE keynote on curriculum reform, a research-based pedagogy session with a global expert in learning sciences, and a panel discussion that brought nearly 500 educators from across Noida–NCR into one room.
